Nothing was a problem for Larraine and at all times she conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and etiquette. Larraine knew the property well and answered all questions well without hesitation, this is a very important quality to receive as a potential buyer.
We have both brought and sold a number of properties over the years and during the purchase of 2 Tobin Ave, we were selling our house at Prestons. Out own real estate whom we paid a large sum of money to sell our property was not even as good a communicator, as friendly, respectful, responsible and dedicated.
Communication is the key to any business or trade and Larraine always kept us informed and rang us back when she said she would, which is all any customer wants from someone attending to their affairs. Follow-up is the key to everything and Larraine was dedicated to keeping her word at all times and returning our phone calls or concerns.
Further, even after spending thousands of dollars with an agent to sell our house, we did not even as much receive a 'congratulations' phone call. Larraine came around in the afternoon to present us in person with her congratulations and a small, but respectable gift, which was received with many thanks after a long and stressful day.

I am writing this letter in great appreciation of Larraine Cook’s recent service to us.
During our journey of purchasing our new home we dealt and spoke with almost all real estate agents in the area. This process is very time consuming, exciting, overwhelming, emotionally draining and exhausting. We noticed a huge variance in one business compared to another and this difference was usually reflected in the Sales Executives professionalism and response to us as the purchasers. When buying a home you are not just looking at the point of view as a purchaser but if this agent would be good to sell any future home with us as the vendors.
We always dealt with Larraine at The Realty Group and in our opinion she is a stand out in the area. From the moment we walked in the office she was always curious and very professional. We always felt that she was being very honest about the homes she showed us and when she was unsure of the answer she always communicated that she would find out. We never felt that she was rushing us, unlike others agents that often voiced that they would be able to ‘squeeze us in’. She always returned my calls and whenever she rung me she asked if it was a convenient time to talk. She always treated us with respect and the homes she was showing us. I would highly recommend her as an agent to sell a home, as well as to purchase one from. Larraine always dressed professionally and to us this means that she takes great pride in her job and what she is doing. It is an indicator that she is aware that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make and is not one to be taken lightly. When you are a purchaser on the other end of this it shows that the agent respects you and takes you seriously.
She always gave us a ‘flyer’ about the home, which was very helpful as this meant you were able to look back and remember what you had seen that day. When you are looking at many homes in a week this system works really well from the point of view of the purchaser as you can easily get confused about which home had what. Not many agents have this same system. Well done.
In the end we found our new home through a different agent but I really wanted to pass on my thanks to Larraine. We would like to highly recommend Larraine for any future positions or promotions. Well done Larraine and thank you.

Just a quick message, now that the dust has settled on the purchase and rental of 54 Tramway Dr, Currans Hill. (I am still intending to pop in to deliver this personally, but time thus far has just not permitted it).
I wish to express a heart felt 'thank you' on behalf of Deb and myself, for the professionalism and friendly service that we have experienced from both of you in our dealings with The Realty Group. They say that the purchase of a house is one of the most stressful experiences that people go through during the course of their lives. I must say that I agree, but in this particular instance, the experience was made so much less of an ordeal thanks to the both of you.

Instantly, we could tell that you were both knowledgeable and passionate about what you do, and that you would have our best interests at heart. Without hesitation, we signed up for your property management, and that is a decision that paid off almost instantly. I would have no problem recommending you to others (and in fact, Deb has already done so, with great results).
